I was getting my stoma products from BCA-Direct based in the North east and yes they were very friendly and helpful, however when Amcare took them over I continued to call them direct and received the same service level. Now I believe Amcare have tried to amalgamate local UK founded suppliers into their Am(erican)care Convatec group. So now things have completely changed.
