Since May Amcare have ceased to provide a viable service to a very vulnerable client base - my orders have not arrived leading to me seeking supplies directly from the NHS - whilst they send letters saying they are concerned and will do everything possible their actions say otherwise.

Hi Nick. We are sorry to hear about the problems you've had receiving your orders since May. As you will be aware from the letter you received, we have recently experienced issues with our IT system as a result of a software upgrade. Our team is working tirelessly around the clock to address any outstanding orders and resolve any remaining software issues and we are pleased to say that we are making good progress with this. We have increased the number of people in the warehouse, strengthened our customer support with additional staff and extended operating hours in a bid to restore our service levels. We are committed to meeting orders as soon as practicable and would like to reassure our customers that this is our highest priority.
