I have been a customer of Amcare Group for over 20 years following surgery at Christie Hospital, Manchester. The service from Amcare over this period has been outstanding with correctly picked, packed and delivered orders arriving on-time consistently. During my career, I have performed a number of management roles with some very large organisations from high street retailers to electronics and food manufacturing. I remain envious of the Customer Service standards demonstrated by Amcare Staff

The service from Amcare over this period has been outstanding with correctly picked, packed and delivered orders arriving on-time consistently. During my career, I have performed a number of management roles with some very large organisations from high street retailers to electronics and food manufacturing. I remain envious of the Customer Service standards demonstrated by Amcare Staff and would have been very pleased if I was the department manager! The Customer Service Staff (with whom I have had many conversations) are always extremely polite, professional and, very importantly, friendly. Staff are clearly recruited carefully, well trained and thoroughly instructed at Amcare. In recent years I have been an advocate of celebrating the great work that our colleagues perform each day - rather than concentrating on mistakes and minor errors when they occur. Therefore, please pass my comments on to ALL Amcare Staff and thank them for their continued outstanding customer care.
