Orders take less than a few days to arrive, usually held up by our GP with the prescription. Trying to get samples gets to be tricky I find, as they always want to chat to you about why you want to try something new. Trying to get to a phone call during my work hours isn't always easy so I don't always get the samples I request. Otherwise no issues
