I ran out of bags was 100% my fault. Charter made sure they got my bags sent out they called my GP surgery for the prescription so I didnt have to wait in a queue on the phone to sort it out myself, and my bags got me me within 36hours of me calling them in desperation of my mistake. 100% best customer service ive ever had
