Coloplast have been pretty good over the last 6 months. I initially had lots of calls with them however they recently changed the process so you have to send a prescription via your GP first which is really frustrating as my GP surgery have got this wrong twice. The old system 10/10! The new one 5/10 Also DPD like to deliver parcels to my bin or my “porch” which is just the doorstep.
