I have used this company for years and majority of time have been completely satisfied. However since they migrated their Web system early in November I have had ongoing issues with orders, too many to relate here. Conflicting messages. Difficulty speaking to someone. Missing complimentary products. No SMS or email updates on order status. Time to look elsewhere. Deeply disappointed.
