I have been wfulith Charter for the last 5 years. I have found them very helpful and on the ball. A few of my supplies have not been authorised by my Drs. surgery for some reason I have no complaints. Charter have phoned me to let me know and have sorted the problem out for me. I have no complaints with themn and would recommend them to anyone.
