I have been with charter for many years and have tried other delivery companies. Charter by far have been the best. However when a product isn’t in stock you won’t find out unless you log into your account see that it has been cancelled and have to phone up to find out why. Charter can be a bit slow and getting deliveries out and can be waiting over a week for items to arrive.
