Been using their product for 4 years now and basically they have kept me alive ,and sane .Having to use a speediflex catheter has made my life easier and less embarrassing. But when things go wrong there has always been a voice at the end of the phone or on line to help out .Today for reasons out of my control i ran out of the product and i had to ring colorplast for help

But when things go wrong there has always been a voice at the end of the phone or on line to help out .Today for reasons out of my control i ran out of the product and i had to ring colorplast for help …A young voice at the end of the phone assured me that she could arrange a delivery the next day and we could sort the prescription out after with my doctor which we did .Now this young operator saved me a lot of pain and probably saved my life if the truth be known. Im not stupid enough to think this costs the NHS nothing but if they /we are paying for a service its nice to get a result …..
