Recently received my 1st welcome delivery as se up by nurse, incredibly quick and efficient process and apparently expected the next day. However I did not receive the promised notification of the delivery day and time by DPD, who called twice. Happened to be in the next day when they tried again. Thus not a fault of Coloplast Chartern but communication failure by DPD.
