Disappointed this time. I tried to phone several times and each time I had to wait more than 20 miutes. So I tried again later, and the same thing happened. I eventually got through and someone took my order. I needed to change my bags as my stoma shape had altered. I only received one box of the ones I wanted, and 2 boxes of the old ones, I didn't want. I don't know if

Disappointed this time. I tried to phone several times and each time I had to wait more than 20 miutes. So I tried again later, and the same thing happened. I eventually got through and someone took my order. I needed to change my bags as my stoma shape had altered. I only received one box of the ones I wanted, and 2 boxes of the old ones, I didn't want. I don't know if the man taking my order was confused or didn't understand what I wanted. But was really disappointed when I recieved my order. Please consider ringing back if you have to keep your customers waiting more than 15 minutes
