I have been with Fittleworth for 7 years since my stoma surgery, I have always found them reliable and very polite whenever I have dealt with them on the phone. There was a recent problem with a product change which did not work for my needs, but after speaking to one of their customer service team and a Fittleworth nurse the issue was resolved and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.
