As a new stoma patient, I have phoned the company to re-order but unable to get through to anyone. I'm just waiting on the phone listening to pre-recorded music. Even when I emailed them I received no reply. The online ordering site is also a nightmare and not user friendly. I have subsequently changed to a different company.
