On a small number of occasions items have been missing from my repeat prescription requests but these have been quickly provided. I think it would be useful for Fittleworth to provide notice in advance of DPD actually delivering of intentional missing item due to temporary unavailability and the need for a further follow up delivery in order to save the customer having to unnecessarily enquire the reason for the missing items. Apart from the odd occasions when this has happened I found their service to be generally reliable and I am happy for them to continue to be the provider of my medical needs.
