These last few months gone drastically down hill. Seems it's now up to the client to chase doctors because Fiddleworths don't want to - was told on the phone it wasn't their job which is interesting as not sure what they do then. Emails go unanswered so the only option is to call and be berated for trying to get them to do what the government pay them for.
