Review for Fittleworth by Darren

Hi, I only do honest reviews, if I have a bad experience I try to look at the overall and attempt to correct things if I can. So, Fittleworth is overall and most importantly a massively important part of my life now. Without whom my world stops turning. In the past two years of being a customer Fittleworth has been fantastic. When things have gone a little Pete tong. They have been both courteous and patient whilst helping me find a solution to get things going. I have had situations where orders have not arrived on time, nobody is perfect. We are in truly difficult times, I remember this before blaming anyone.. I am grateful for Fittleworth staff and the company as well as DPD for the services they provide to me. I have already recommended their products and service to others because I trust they are doing their best to help me and everyone else. If I was to say just one truly tiny negative, just to add a bit of Ballance. One consistent order issue is that instead of recieving the very useful little square wipes. I think they are 10 x 10cms, I have been recieving large cloth type things more like handkerchiefs. For the last 10 months despite my requests. But hey,,, I am thankful that you are there. Way more than this last statement seems to indicate. My remaining life is sooooo much better for being served by Fittleworth. Thank you. You may use any or all of my review. As well as my full name.
