Used this company now for 5 years. Initially I was unimpressed. Orders didn’t arrive or were missing products. It was a mess then I was assigned just one person who dealt with me. That person is excellent. I cannot fault him in any way. From then onwards all ran smoothly… except for deliveries! Fittleworth use DPD who (in my opinion) are an absolute nightmare. They leave 3 massive, very heavy boxes on the doorstep, blocking

Used this company now for 5 years. Initially I was unimpressed. Orders didn’t arrive or were missing products. It was a mess then I was assigned just one person who dealt with me. That person is excellent. I cannot fault him in any way. From then onwards all ran smoothly… except for deliveries! Fittleworth use DPD who (in my opinion) are an absolute nightmare. They leave 3 massive, very heavy boxes on the doorstep, blocking entrance or exit, then ring the doorbell and leg it as quickly as possible to the van. My helper can be at the door about 60-90 seconds after the bell has rung and there’s no sign of the driver (usually Jack). I’ve complained to Anthony at fittleworth but obviously he cannot actually make Jack do his job efficiently. The situation is now so frustrating that despite being happy with Fittleworths’ I’m ready to look for another supplier who doesn’t use DPD delivery company.
