I have been a customer of Fittleworth for a number of years, at one time I considered changing providers due to receiving poor service, on many occasions i could be on the telephone wanting to place an order for quite a while, I suspect this was for people to place orders online, however I now use the email system for ordering at present and seems to be working fine at the moment.
