This company have gone down hill so badly the last 6 months. They despatch the wrong items, tell you they have sent orders out when they forget to finalise the transaction. When you want to complain they say they do not have a complaints department or a procedure to deal with complaints. They are a disgrace and I wish the NHS did not tell my elderly mother to have to deal with them.
