As I've seen in other reviews, Coloplast Conseal plugs not delivered with no warning. Checked with Coloplast and they say they had informed Fittleworth months ago. Wrote to Customer Services and got no reply on this issue. And yes, I have already provided my date of birth and post code so I hope you won't ask again. Not hopeful. I don't feel you take much notice of your customers when things are difficult.

Good afternoon Jim, Thank you for sharing your feedback - I am sorry to see you had no warning in regards to your order not arriving as expected.
