Pointed out to them that I had had some products that were un usable, sent them samples and they simply denied that there was a problem. Sent samples to my hospital stoma team and they told Fittleworth that there was a problem. Fittleworth contacted me to apologise and said they would keep me informed. This all started September 2024. Very poor customer service when I was simply pointing out that they had a problem. If one was being uncharitable you could say that they were charging the NHS for faulty products.
