Fittleworth themselves are very good and extremely helpful ive been using the for over 20 years. I had to have products sent to me while abroad in Mallorca once they arrived within 2 days some of the couriers are lazy and don't take care of the packages leaving them in full view and often where they will get wet, I ask for mine to be left in my safe area all the time now after

Fittleworth themselves are very good and extremely helpful ive been using the for over 20 years. I had to have products sent to me while abroad in Mallorca once they arrived within 2 days some of the couriers are lazy and don't take care of the packages leaving them in full view and often where they will get wet, I ask for mine to be left in my safe area all the time now after my last delivery was left at my front door, I have used the complaints route as advised lets see what happens. some DPD are brilliant
