Although very trustworthy I found the order system a bit complicated, My prescription is taken to the pharmacy and they tell me I have to phone my Doctors surgery to verify my order for stoma bags or wipes which is very time consuming. I am happy with the service supplied, I just find it a bit confusing to order anything. I have no problem with the delivery system it works very well I am notified
