Communication is awful. Can wait up to around ten days for a response. They pick and choose which items from your order they will send. Many occasions they have advised me my GP surgery has not sent my prescription so my order will be late. However it is their responsibility to ensure the prescriptions are received to fulfill the order, not mine. Have tried to enquire about my order a few times and each time

Communication is awful. Can wait up to around ten days for a response. They pick and choose which items from your order they will send. Many occasions they have advised me my GP surgery has not sent my prescription so my order will be late. However it is their responsibility to ensure the prescriptions are received to fulfill the order, not mine. Have tried to enquire about my order a few times and each time I have not had any response for around 7 days. Awful communication. The latest issue is I tried to order barrier rings and was told I had not ordered them before so would not be getting them. Still awaiting a reply to my email for this to be explored further, 8 days later.
