I have used Fittleworth for 7 years but am afraid that communication has tailed off in the last couple of years. The friendly reminders have stopped. The website for ordering for me is always buffering, ergo unable to get to work. Recently ordered catheters and stoma bags 20/5/26, order by phone, checked 28/5; order lost, not put through etc. This leaves me in difficult position as regards supplies. I think the reliance on the post for prescriptions in this day and age unfathomable. Staff are fine helpful and will provide emergency supplies but the basic efficiencies to me are less important than looking for performance reviews
