I am a catheter user, and I understand that costs need to be reduced, but to move from a flexible silicone like catheter, to what looks and feels like a plastic catheter and is not as flexible which makes the insertion a little more painful is for me unacceptable. I will be emailing Fittleworth to express my disappointment. At the moment I can't go anywhere else so I have to put up with it.
