Review for Fittleworth by Sandra

I couldn't agree more with reviews regarding emails not being answered! I have been with Fittleworth for over 18 years, I am a deaf lady who cannot telephone to sort out orders, I've waited over two weeks for an emgercy supply, I have 2 bags that I am having to wash and share between two stomas, this morning one started leaking, my delivery just came and only contained over night bags that I didn't ask for! I honestly don't know what to do, I waited that long for the previous order I had to go to hospital for supplies..I'm now left with one old washed out bag, can't leave the house and more than likely have to wait another two weeks before I get what I ordered! If my re order is even read! Absolutely heartbroken and can't believe the disgraceful service
