The hospital put a first order in for my stoma bags at Fittleworth and gave me a number of bags to use in the meantime. When the parcel arrived it had every supply except for any of the bags, leaving me to coordinate an emergency supply at the hospital. After enquiries the bags had been out of stock but this was not communicated to the hospital or to me. They could also not tell when

The hospital put a first order in for my stoma bags at Fittleworth and gave me a number of bags to use in the meantime. When the parcel arrived it had every supply except for any of the bags, leaving me to coordinate an emergency supply at the hospital. After enquiries the bags had been out of stock but this was not communicated to the hospital or to me. They could also not tell when the item would be in stock, so advised me to try and source my own bags somehow. Eventually the bags arrived two weeks later with no updates on the order in the meantime. Not an ideal first experience with this company and by the looks of any of the other reviews, clearly not the exception to the rule. What a shame.
