In the past I was very happy with my deliveries of bags sprays and complementary excellent black bags + wipes of a varying nature. I was not happy with the lack expertise to offer a route to solving problems in spite of being assured it did exist. In the end I had to solve my own problems and was not happy. Also there are so many staff all over the place . Last week with a serious problem of non delivery of bags - still not solved - I ended up in Scotland. I explained my serious and urgent problem only to be told they couldn't do anything from Scotland. I asked to be put through to someone who could help (Coventry apparently) and repeat my problem. The staff are always very nice but to this day I have not had even an email telling me how and when my current bag order will be sorted. They assured me that the GP order had not come in. When I checked with the surgery it had gone to Fittleworth indisputably along with the delivered spray order. I am currently a very dissatisfied customer scared I will end up without any bags which is terrifying and unthinkable.
