I am at my wits end for weeks I have not received correct orders for weeks staff do not interpret what you require. I am old and find it upsetting to continually make phone calls that take a ling time to be answered. I must say I have had excellent service 'till now. If it cannot be resolved I will have to change company Sonia K ( written by husband at her request
