I have found everything I have ordered has been delivered as promised. The team are friendly kind considerate and understanding and this is what you need when dealing with the problems of having a stoma. The only time I had a problem was once a box had been badly damaged in transit. Not Fittleworth s problem unless the cartons could be slightly more substantial.
