Dreadful service, took weeks to deliver and left me without any catheters. Unable to contact as they "are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails" After several complaint emails, I was finally contacted by someone from customer services who was very sorry and arranged a delivery for 2 days later (thankyou Christine). Such a stressful situation and this is the 4th time I've had issues.
