Service wise, ease of ordering, helpfulness and in general quality of products, I have no criticism. However, packaging for deliveries is a different matter. My recent order arrived in a broken, barely held together box. How clean the catheter leg bags are is questionable. I’m extremely disappointed that the shipping box is so flimsy.
