Fittleworth has been a fantastic company but over the last few months somethings have deteriated, the staff on the phone are lovely but some dont gst orders right. I have 6 boxesof uncut bags because they were not put through as to be cut, I cannot cut them due to arthritis and my husband is 80 so his eyesight is not great but they say they cannot take them back just to bin them..I feel

I have 6 boxesof uncut bags because they were not put through as to be cut, I cannot cut them due to arthritis and my husband is 80 so his eyesight is not great but they say they cannot take them back just to bin them..I feel this is waste,,also orders have been coming different days not like it used to be
