All other on-line sales companies immediately send an e-mail acknowledging the order as soon as it is placed. Nightingale do not send anything until there is a delivery notification. This makes it impossible to know whether the order has gone through OK. It is also difficult to know what stage it has reached. (e.g. Prescription sent to GP / Prescription approved etc.) An order placed 6 months ago is still showing awaiting process on the

(e.g. Prescription sent to GP / Prescription approved etc.) An order placed 6 months ago is still showing awaiting process on the web site, despite the fact that the goods were sent months ago. Status communication needs to be significantly improved.
