By phone I have ALWAYS been VERY satisfied until today when a LONG wait made me try the on line website . This I found VERY frustrating (but I am Not an an expert at navigating websites). I prefer to TALK to someone but maybe I'll have to move with the changing times . Delivery has always been excellent thank you . I appreciate the products that make life a lot easier to manage
