I never had problems with clinidirect but when they changed to Nightingale.I have had so many problems, half order, said my surgery only issued one box of catheters, 15 in a box, 30ish days in a month, I ordered 2 boxes, 30 I need, 2 weeks to sort out, I am disabled and this stressed me out.
