I tend to submit my orders via the Respond website and on a couple of occasions the order hasn’t been acknowledged, but a quick email puts my mind at rest and from there on everything is fine. Apart from one GP caused delay, all my orders have been complete and delivered either on time or ahead of time but always notified in advance. Apart from the acknowledgements mentioned above, all communications have been met with

Apart from the acknowledgements mentioned above, all communications have been met with friendly and helpful responses and I’m very happy with the overall service I receive from Respond.
