I order over the phone and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I have to say that I do have a problem with the cost of postage – p&p is £5.00 for whatever you buy and I buy Osto Vents which weigh nothing per packet so if I add on P&P it is awful as I cannot get these on prescription, so now I am spending £25.00 for about 5 weeks supply just because

I would be fine paying the P&P for heavier items but really annoyed at cost for somwthing that weighs almost nothin!!!!
