I would like to thank Respond for employing happy friendly people, every one I have talked to on the phone has been helpful and friendly they do not make you feel uncomfortable talking about difficult subjects and products that are no exactly glamorous. After having my operation I was expecting to be embarrassed to ask for help and talk about medical products with strangers. Respond have been great, Friendly fast and efficient thank you again
