I order my products through a local NHS hub whenever I need products, and they pass the details directly to Respond Healthcare. In the last 6 months since I needed this service, Respond Healthcare cut my bags to size and dispatched them almost always same day. I think that is fantastic, and they use a very good courier company who always deliver the next day, so that I can plan my time and not be waiting to find out when my products are going to arrive. I have also ordered additional products from Respond and always get the same sort of service.
