I have used the service of what became Respond for my ostomy supplies for 35 plus years and can honestly say in my opinion they are the company to beat for their professionalism , knowledge and commitment to patient care . They understand that having a stoma and management is not always straight forward and are supportive They are accommodating and flexible in their delivery options which is appreciated when I am going away. Never a problem to get a prompt response when telephoning , and staff are always courteous , friendly and efficient . Whatever appliances I use now or in the future it will most certainly be accessed via Respond
