The products themselves were of great quality and I felt comfortable and confident to carry out every day tasks when the stoma bag was fitted. In addition, the company phoned me each month to remind me if I required any items. The person on the phone was always very polite and friendly and made me feel my wellbeing was a priority. Overall I have no hesitation in saying that I would highly recommend Respond as a very professional provider of healthcare products and their overall service as a 5 star provider.
