I have found Respond to always be polite, knowledgable and professional at all times. I can contact them by telephone or email and they do respond quickly. I have had a few emergencies where they have helped me by sending supplies, even without a prescription, when my surgery did not respond to requests quickly enough…

I have found Respond to always be polite, knowledgable and professional at all times. I can contact them by telephone or email and they do respond quickly. I am not sure how long I have been one-off their clients but I think it must be about three years. They have delivered supplies to other parts of the country when I have gone on holiday and have never let me down.
Unfortunately my GP’s surgery has insisted that I have to order my stoma supplies through them, since the Coronavirus pandemic, and this has interrupted the smooth flow of my supplies as they should then send the subsequent prescription to Respond Healthcare, but this does not always happen and problems then ensue.
