They’ve always been really helpful and friendly. When a delivery was delivered to an incorrect address by the courier, they sent out another supply by next day courier. I use convex bags for a colostomy, I did not get on well with the flat ones and they allowed me to change with no fuss. My initial leaks were down to my inexperience , I’ve had a stoma for 3.5 years and have not had any
