I had my stoma created in January 2019. Being the sort of person I am, I wanted to try every product I could so I got the best thing for me, rather than take what my stoma nurse gave me. So I think I had samples from everyone I could try and as I live in Scotland, I wanted to go with a company that had a Scottish office. In my search, I came across me Medilink who has an office in Inverness. Medilink supply Salts products and I feel I struck lucky. I had lots of great advice from Derek and Tracey in Inverness and samples of everything I asked for. Tracey explained how their delivery service worked and I agreed to sign up. I’ve not regretted! I get an email every 28 days to see if I need more supplies and they sort everything from there. I was going away on holiday so asked for extra supplies which I got and also further support regarding travel issues. I won’t be moving from Medilink as they meet my needs completely.
