Always totally reliable,unlike me who has forgotten a couple of times to order an item. No problem for this company with a fast delivery, even a same day Fed-Ex for an emergency. The staff are easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and excellent at suggesting products which could help to alleviate a problem. I feel like they have my best interests at heart and as a customer, that is so important. This company fulfills all
