She understood my needs, took all the correct codes for my products and then told me the wonderful news that I could get my deliveries on a set date each month, without needing to contact. As a busy mum, a wife and an ostomy patient life can be a juggle getting everything organised without the added stress of ordering your supplies. I now have a standing order set up for the start of every month (the Friday before if it's a BH) and my delivery is sent directly to me from DPD. A text is sent so you know when you'll get your order and everything was well packaged. Life with a stoma can be a challenge but what isn't, is the service and care from SecuriCare. I mean the clues in the name. If you're having difficulty with other providers and unsure who to change to, then SecuriCare is your answer.
