Used to be a brilliant service. Very happy with the service I received for over 11years but I don't know what has happened. Now looking for someone else to supply because the whole process of ordering has become inefficient and stressful. Amongst many things the change from delivery via Royal Mail to dpd meant my delivery got thrown over a neighbours wall. Wouldn't recommend to anyone now.
